Step 12: Fold the right side over, creating the blue line indicated

Step 13: Your dollar bill should now look like this

Step 14: Unfold the dollar bill so it looks like this

Step 15: Turn the dollar bill over

Step 16: Make the new blue crease line folding the dollar bill underneath and pressing down

Step 17: Your dollar bill should now look like this

Step 18: Make the new blue crease line folding the dollar bill underneath and pressing down

Step 19: Your dollar bill should now look like this (the tip of the point should overlap the new fold)

Step 20: Fold the indicated section upwards and press down to create the blue crease lines
